Miss Universe should bring back the bowl of questions, that way the contestants now that they selected the questions they got. Now it seems that they give the best questions to the favorites, so they have the chance to give an amazing message.

Do you think the Top 5 Final Question Round (different from Final 3 single question Final Word Round) should revert back to pick the questions from the bowl instead of asking pre-determined questions in the last 5 editions?

Bringing the bowl back will not really change anything much for the interview round of the competition, actually. What matters in that round is how the girl can answer the question. I do understand that some fans want the girls to “pick a judge/delegate” but I don’t think it matters either since the point of the round is to answer questions with intelligence and grace. It would be okay for the MUO to bring the bowl back but that won’t change anything, though.

It really depends though. No matter what question you receive, you must answer it with all your might, even if you know that you might lose.
