Pero eto namang Missosology (I mean the FB page), mukhang sinisiraan pa si Mr. Spain. What the heck. Siya na nga ang hindiu binabayaran, siya pa ang masama?
Napansin tuloy ng marami na parang kino-cover up ng Missosology ang Mister Global.

FaruqHuda wrote:too many ignoramuses on this thread and don't know nothing about how pageants are run. Virtually all pageants will not pay the winners until after they finish their reign. Some winners get 25% of their prize money during the 1st quarter, another 25% during the 2nd quarter, and then 50% after they crown their successor. The problem is that Miguel Carrasco refused to sign the contract after he won - and this contract would have given him his prize money. I think he didnt undertand the contract at all, which makes me think that he is not smart. lol

Well thank you, Mr.-Know-It-All, and you came out of your shell and you spend your precious time calling all of us
ignoramuses. In my second entry to this thread, in order to be fair to every party (Mr. Global and AngelLucas), I
have been calling for anybody who can share their knowledge on how everything is paid, but it fell on deaf ears
or nobody really knows how it is done until you came. This is what I said:
"I am encouraging also any Missosology members who are privy to how cash prizes are paid in Mr. Global (or any contest
be it male or female pageants) to please shed light on this. Any info you can share will be highly appreciated to educate
us if there is something we should know about the manner of payment."
As I told you, I know two pageant owners in the Philippines, and they told me that yes there are pageants who manage
to evade their responsibilities, especially the payment of cash prizes. But I didn't take that knowledge and make blanket
generalizations that YES it is true to ALL pageants. I was adamant and hesitant, to say the least. And I didn't say names
just to prove my point.
The writer conducting a case on behalf of Mr. Global even said this" "Not sure why he is whining (Angel Lucas Carrasco)
as he probably knew upon signing the contracts 'HE WOULDN'T BE PAID WHATSOEVER ... and before stepping into a pageant
he should have inquired well before what are the prizes or if any.
If the information you are telling us comes from Mr. Global, maybe we will take it with a grain of salt. But if your knowledge
of how things are paid came from another pageant - I doubt it.
Not all pageants are run and are governed by the same policies, approaches, and conduct of action.
