MISS USA 2020 // MISSISSIPPI IS MISS USA 2020 // MAJOR NEWS

On August 30th, it was confirmed that Miss USA 2020 will be held at Graceland in Memphis, Tennessee on November 9th. The pageant will air on the FYI Network.

ROAD TO MISS USA 2020

After Cheslie Kryst of North Carolina was crowned Miss USA 2019 back in May, it is now time to begin the search for her successor. State pageants were held from September 2019 to February 2020, culminating in the Miss USA 2020 competition being held on November 9, 2020 in Memphis, Tennessee. The winner will go on to represent the United States at the Miss Universe 2020 competition.

PAGEANT DRAMA

Todd and Julie Chrisley, stars of the reality show Chrisley Knows Best and state directors for the Miss California USA and Miss Florida USA pageants have been indicted by a grand jury on charges of conspiracy, bank fraud, wire fraud, and tax evasion. While they deny the charges, they are now awaiting trial and could face jail time. It is unknown how this will affect the Miss California USA and Miss Florida USA pageants, and if they will be sold to new owners.

Update:

The couple's daughter Lindsie Chrisley is now accusing Todd of extortion, stating that he and her brother were planning on leaking her sex tape if she came forward about a secret Todd was hiding about the family company. It is unknown what the secret was, but many are theorizing he was attempting to prevent her from revealing his guilt in the crimes he's been charged of. Things don't look good for Todd Chrisley or the Miss California/Florida USA competitions.

Yes but at least Cheslie has a personality and seems like a genuinely nice person. Kára seemed very rude, uninterested, and bored throughout her entire reign; she also lied about her credentials, Cheslie is actually a real lawyer.
