That's what in my mind as well.
Does this mean the Nuestra team got the deal?

The franchise is still not under this org

I was torn when creating this thread because the FB site of NBPR hasn't officially announced her participation in Miss Earth yet but the news was all over FB. San Fran had it as well. I think there is a high likelihood that this is true. Irie hasn't contradicted the posting yet so NBPR must have won the franchise. We'll see what he has to say in this matter eventually.
@ Zosimasda. This isn't a hoax. The pictures I posted came from Madison's FB, unless she is pretending to be someone else. . I checked out the pictures of Pamela and although I see some resemblance, the pictures here aren't hers.
Madison is a great choice for PR's return. She is one of the prettiest delegates I've seen from PR in the time I've spent here. If there is one concern I have of her, it's her youth. I believe she is only 19. Is she in possession of the maturity needed to survive the rigorous demands of the pageant? I sure hope so. I don't want to see her wasted...granted it's too early to predict her chances since we have yet to see the rest of the Americas delegates. If the Maydeliana Diaz rumor proves to be true, then Venezuela will be one of her toughest competition.

Thanks, Irie. I think everyone jumped the gun on this, including yours truly. I guess the suspense continues. I just hope that Carousel chooses the one org that promises to hold a Miss Earth pageant in PR...rather than sending a runner up.
I still want to see Madison grace the Miss Earth stage.

The other org is proposing a televised pageant. A stand alone pageant for Miss Earth.
Both orgs submitted all the necessary requirements. Its now up to the execs to decide.
Return to Miss Grand International
