This is already a late news. The original 2nd Runner Up at Miss Asia Pacific International was stripped of her 2nd Runner Up finish because she competed at Miss Eco International 6 months later which she reportedly violated the contract which stipulated that she can't compete at any international pageant within the 1 year of service/reign just like at Miss Earth. So Miss Mongolia and Miss Venezuela were promoted to 2nd and 3rd Runners Up Respectively while Miss Netherlands who finished in the Top 10 at MAPI 2018 returned to the Philippines and promoted to 4th Runner Up.
This is not the first time that some of the runners-up were promoted at MAPI/MAPQ/MAQ franchise. Miss Earth founder Lorraine Schuck was also one of the runners-up who promoted to higher placement at Miss Asia Quest 1979. The original 1st Runner Up at that time was Miss India who decided to relinquish her 1st Runner Up placement due to personal reasons, so Miss Philippines was promoted from 2nd Runner Up to 1st Runner Up while Misses Singapore and Australia was promoted to 2nd and 3rd Runners Up Respectively. Miss Malaysia who failed to finish in the winner's circle promoted to 4th Runner Up.
It’s incredible how some girls are just so greedy and desperate for a crown that they would disrespect their current organization and wouldn’t even wait a year to join another.
CARPETBAGGERS!
Hear that, Madison Anderson a.k.a. Miss Fake Puerto Rico Universe, er... Miss Florida USA runner-up 2019?

There's no rule anymore that states that when you're a RU on a state pageant of Miss USA, you're not allowed to compete at another national pageant. Even just recently, MUO has allowed state crossovers in just the same year. So Madison didn't violate any violation, afterall, they're (Miss FL USA & MUPR) in the same pageant system of MUO.
