So is Miss Earth Indonesia doing ala Miss Earth Myanmar? Appointing someone and postponing the ongoing pageant for the 2021 edition?

That seems to be the case. I was actually surprised by this appointment since they have a virtual pageant going on. Perhaps they felt they were running out of time. Just like Myanmar, perhaps they decided to hold an actual pageant when it’s safer...the winner of which will compete next year.
