I always thought previous titleholders were always accompanied by a chaperone or any one from Carousel Productions in her travels apparently she can opt not to.
and after hearing Ong revelations about Miss Philippines Earth not having a National Director to help with the preparations for the international pageant makes me appreciate Carousel more on being fair and the hard work the national titleholders put in is just commendable.

What do you expect? Turning a blind eyes on the glaring specks of their fave pageants but with Miss Earth - they scrutinize it like no other.
