SHE IS PRETTY BUT SHORT AT 5'4. MISS EARTH SOUTH AFRICA 2017 WHO IS ALSO 5'4 , WAS SENT HOME DURING MISS EARTH 2017 AS SHE DIDNT MEET THE HEIGHT REQUIREMENT.

You really feel that she really wants it and got close to her dream. Its interesting to note we have two Half Belgian Half Filipino in Miss Earth this year.

Not that I'm saying Baguio is bad, its just that from beginning to end, Albay was so consistently good.
In the Q and A, she was so natural and almost un-rehearsed.
Baguio's answer is one of those pre-template answers. The association of green-thumb with the leader in time of a pandemic is so stretched its downright funny if not idiotic (let's be honest about this). Obviously she was anticipating an environmental question and had that green-thumb memorized - its actually cringy. I SAY IT AGAIN - DO NOT TRAIN GIRLS WITH TEMPLATE ANSWERS, train them to think wittily. This trend is getting so bad in Philippine pageantry, no wonder the SHE didn't went far.
So there, I'm an earthling, so I am just saying this for the benefit of ME.
Good concept of a virtual pageant, but there's so much room for improvement if this is to continue or applied in the international pageant. But Kudos!
Baguio is not a bad winner at all, but anyway, you will hear soon, SHE SHOULD NOT WIN ME because she's Miss Philippines.

Same thoughts! I was actually surprised with her "green thumb" answer. It wasn't bad. It's just that I find it hard to associate with the question.
I was kinda hoping it will be Atimonan, Quezon. I think she is also one of the ladies who are very consistent.
I felt quite sad for Daraga, Albay. You can see on her performance that she really wants it. She looked thankful that she wasn't called as Miss Philippines Water and you can clearly see in her face that she hopes to be called last.
Atimonan, Quezon and Daraga, Albay are already 28 and 27 so this will most likely be their last pageant. Too bad they didn't get the chance to compete internationally.
"She is strong because she has God in her life — I always say this quote everytime I walk on stage, or even before a question. I say this internally and sometimes even out loud to calm my fears, because I know He is with me; just right next to me.
My dear Baguio City, I feel deeply honored and grateful to carry your name. My heart will always showcase how proud I am as an Igorota!
Despite not being with my loved ones in Baguio City due to the Pandemic, this situation taught me to be humble and grateful for what I have and make the most out of the resources available. When I feel discouraged, I just remind myself how lucky I am that I’m healthy to compete; that I’m given a great platform to reach out to others, and that I'm blessed with the most angelic hearts helping me even from a distance. After all, I lift everything to God, and dedicate this to Him.
It’s true that you can still bloom beautifully wherever you are planted; you just have to be grateful for everything.
Next, I want to give a big thank you to Miss Philippines Earth and Carousel Production Inc. for trusting me to continue this Beauty for a Cause, and also for organizing such a great and historic pageant this year to celebrate it’s 20th anniversary.
Thank you to my family and friends who believe in me and always make me feel like a winner in their eyes.
To My Team Baguio, RoxieForMPE Angels, esp kuyas @patacsilmichaeljv, and my Kfamilia, I love you guys! A big thank you!
To every single sweet soul who showed their love (you know who you are), thank you so much!
