Building a ramp in the middle extending the stage will cost nothing to Philipines. They can get woods, labor for free. There are tons of lumber in the Philipines and everybody are maybe will to help build.

Let me spell this out for you. It doesn't cost nothing to build something on a pageant like this ran by this type of organization.
Aside from the budget, you also need to take into account the venue. It is a big liability expense should something happened to the property while building the fabulous stage of your dreams. And not only that, this venue is surrounded by pools. Not only is it time consuming, it might cause injuries and laborers which could potentially translate to lawsuits. You should know this, everyone knows that you are a law student. Or are you?
Next, Miss Earth is trying to stay true to it's advocacy by trying to use minimal artificial light and rely more on the natural light the venue is so graciously capable of giving. Now take what you want to take from that (i'm seriously not buying that bull crap) but I thought the transition from daylight to sunset was pretty cool to watch.
And yes, I agree that you don't seem like a law student. At least not with the way you speak, think, or act. Grow up! Seriously!

It will be fantastic to make it in Okada next year. And yes, make it at night too! If Carousel listens, great. IF not, well - good pa rin.

That was part of the plan as I shared before. The problem was, it will eat 1/3 of the already limited AUDIENCE SEATING. Yung mga cabana kasi di na binuksan (elevated cabanas) kasi may mga naka sked na gumamit at malayo na masyado. Here is the ORIGINAL PLAN with the LONG RAMP. Yung EVENING GOWN Runway kasi, dapat dun sa long ramp. Ang effect na gusto nila gawin is parang sa Miss Universe (stage director).
While walking, may nakasunod na camera. WHICH WAS THE MAIN REASON ALL THE MORE THAT IT WAS DITCHED. As much as possible, ayaw ni Carousel na ginagaya ang ibang pageant. And it turned out for the best since Shawn McClain, one of Miss Universe’s bigwigs was there. Awkward naman na while watching, makikita nya “this looks familiar” Give nyo na kay MGI panggagaya

Why you always quote my Masters of Law from USC, University of Southern \California, one of the most expensive and top law schools in the country! BTW, USC is expensive than Harvard Law.
SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE JEALOUS OF MY LAW DEGREE!
I can write and express however I want. I am protected by Freedom of Speech and Liberty!
Wake up baby girl! Don't be bound by laws and pretend that you are mature. After all, you are just like everyone else, struggling your journey in for the pursuit of happiness!
Btw, I am not sitting in law classes. I already graduated and preparing for the bar! If I speak in legal minds, you may not understand.
As the saying goes, people with something like trying to be nobody, like me.
But people with nothing like you, are trying to be somebody!

I think the fast introduction is intentional since they have to finish the show in 2 hours coz it's live on TV (fox). With the inclusion of top 20 they have to make up the time loss from somewhere else. If we want a slower introduction, they might reduce the number of semi-finalist back to 16. I hope MEO will have many more sponsors so they can extend the show to 3 hours (including commercials) just like Miss Universe. Afterall, only Miss Universe and ME are the most exciting pageant in the planet today.
