[SHOCKED] France represented by a local pageant winner

Postby Arduina » Thu Sep 22, 2016 7:31 am

We always have to wait but this year it's getting ridiculous.
Girls are expecting, I believe, on October 11th.

Hopefully the lucky girl has been prepared by her local organization and got under training with Arnaud.

But I so want to know who she is. Girls need our support!

So I guess one of Iris's runner-up :

Morgane Edvige 1st runner-up
Image

Vaimiti Teiefitu 2nd runner-up

Julia Courtes 3rd runner-up

Azuima Issa 4th runner-up

4th was my bet for Miss France. She's so gorgeous! I don't know about her eloquence though and I know it's important at Miss International.

The license of France belongs to someone else now. Neither Miss France nor Prestige owns it. It now belongs to the same owner as Benelux and Germany.

A PERSONNAL ADVICE TO FRANCE IF THEY WANT
SUCCESS IN PAGEANTS THIS YEAR:
MISS UNIVERSE :IRIS MITTINAERE (SHE IS VERY MISS MATERIAL,SHE FITS MISS UNIVERSE PERFECTLY)
MISS WORLD:MORGANE MISS MARTINIQUE,SHE HAS SWEETNESS AND NATURAL BEAUTY THAT MW LOVES,IT IS HELD IN THE US,SO THE BLACK BEAUTY WILL SHINE. I REMEMBERED A BLACK MISS FRANCE WHO WAS CROWNED 1 ST RUNNER UP IN MISS WORLD.
MISS EARTH:2ND RUNNER UP MISS TAHITI BECAUSE OF HER ASIAN MIX BEAUTY WILL BE LOVED IN THE PHILIPINES,THE 3RD RUNNER UP FIT MISS EARTH ALSO WITH HER BEAUTIFUL FACE.

MISS INTERNATIONAL: THE 4TH RUNNER UP THE VERY EXOTIC MISS REUNION WHO HAD THE SWEETEST FACE IN THE TOP 5.

Even it is still not official, but I am quite sure that Iris will go to Miss Universe. Normally Miss France organization send off the winner to the first pageant, whether Miss World or Miss Universe--- First come, first serve ..lol.. And this year, Miss World will be held before Miss Universe. Then Iris is supposed to represent France to Miss World.

However, by timing, Iris can't be there in US for Miss world (Final night on 20 Dec), because Miss France will be on 17 Dec. She needs to crown her successor.... Miss France Organization and French people considers Miss France pageant as the most important pageant ,even more than Miss Universe or Miss world. (It was a reason why Flora arrived late in UK for Miss World... I heard somewhere on internet claimed that Flora said she has more important thing to do.) There only 6.2 millions people around the world watching Miss Universe 2015(20 Dec) while there are 8.5 millions French people who watched Miss France 2016 (19 Dec)

Moreover, for me, it's 90% sure that Iris' 1st runner up will be sent to Miss World. Julia always loves to get the national winner in her pageant (once she refused to get the 1st runner up representing in Miss World instead of winner(who's still available--but just don't want to go to Miss World), I can't remember the year.) Then sending the 2nd /3rd / 4th runner-up to Miss world is some thing that Miss France avoid to do with Julia.

Considering Samurai's information, It is so shame that Julia Courtes won't go to Miss International..
Image
I think that she suit this pageant. a European, especially, French concept of Beauty to Japanese people still be a western look, not a mix exotic islander beauty.... moreover, I feel that the elongate oval face shape with pointing chin + sweet round eyes + slim&tall body (MI 2015/2014/2013/2012..) is a look that the most marketable in japan market. exotic seems not sold well there. Then who get MI license? Madame Chapeau ?

For Earth, I have no comment... I don't seriously follow this pageant... at first I don't understand the way they score candidates /minor awards and medals system : some candidate won more than 10 minor awards and medals (the most or second most awarded among all candidates) but she failed to place, even in top 16. I don't know how they choose top 5 but seem that an asian/sweet exotic/latina looks sold well there...

For me,I feel that 2nd runner up from Tahiti won't probably wear a France sash in any international Pageant, I am not sure that she still with Miss France organization. I don't see her in Miss France tour, there're only Iris / 1st /3rd / 4th and 5th runner up who fulfill the duties. Then I will remove vamiti out from the possible list and put 5th runner up Gennifer demay instead (Probably they live too far to present in France Métropole. Maybe I'm miss understanding thing. )

NEWS: No Iris's runner-up to represent France, but another girl: Khaoula Najine.

Why? The Organization Miss France was canceled for the bad comments of Charlotte Pirroni (Miss International France 2015) against Edymar after the contest. But I don't think this is the real reason ...

I've just read the same thing.

No offense to that girl who has been selected but seriously France will never place. Like in NE-VER. She doesn't even have money for her plane ticket and wardrobe!
A founding has been started, 5 days left, she only got 20€. This is RIDICULOUS !

Miss International should make an official statement, and look for a REAL national organization. They picked a girl who ONLY won a local, city pageant. Not even a huge city at this.
Again, no offense against the girl. But I'm just absolutely shocked at how Miss International handled that.
We should have sent no one at all.

And the MFO should teach their representatives to shut their mouth when they loose. Charlotte is gorgeous but she was absolutely BAD at Miss International. Every French member here was disappointed at her. We supported her but day after day she was getting worse. Bad styling, bad body, bored attitude ...
When you don't try your best, you don't have a say in the matter, especially to criticize the girl who won.
Like I can totally accept what Camille said after Miss Universe because it was documented and proved, what Charlotte said is a disgrace in HER situation. Before criticizing she should have looked at her own behavior.

Do you have an official statement explaining that change? Is it really about what Charlotte said?

I hope they'll change their mind because that local organization can't manage the preparation of a girl for an international pageant. Especially if it's a short notice.

This is how Miss International Organization works. They give licenses to those who are willing to pay. Unfortunately, Miss France organization is not interested with the license. There is nothing MIO can do about that, but to look for someone who can pay the license and send a girl. It does not even matter if the new owner is not French.

I don't think it will go that far, but rumor has it in the very very very few newspapers talking about it (meaning only local ones) that it's because of what Charlotte said.

Again, I 100% support what Camille said after Miss Universe it was SO DAMN OBVIOUS and DOCUMENTED. It's way too easy to just call her a sour looser rather than actually look at it and maybe think again about it.

Regarding Charlotte, sour looser 100%, even more.
