THE MWO DOESN'T DISCLOSE. IN MY OPINION ITS MORE FLEXIBLE AND RESPECTS THE REQUESTS AND INPUT OF THE PROSPECTIVE HOST NATION.
MUO IS ALL ABOUT CONVENIENCE WITH US PRIME TIME. FOR THAT THAI ORGANIZERS WILL HAVE TO PUT ON AN EVENT AT DAWN JUST SO THE AMERICAS REGION CAN SEE IT IN THE EVENING.

Miss World is way more expensive but more profitable

Among other factors, Tourism boards of these countries are also interested in Miss World after looking at the progress of Hainan and Sanya. It has become profitable because MW promotes local culture and integrates it with the competition as a major highlight.

Profit driven motives shouldn't be the focus of a beauty pageant that prides itself as a charity organiztaion.

Yes, T&T were also bidding to host MW but is hesitant because Miss Universe left our economy in a bad state. Trump promised us a lot of things. MW in 2006 created thousands of jobs for the Polish people...

I was really referring to your comment on Poland gaining from hosting MW? Im quite curious to see where you got that statistic considering you always tend to make these ludicrous claims. Im not surprised at all that T&T didnt gain from hosting Miss Universe. Ecuador didnt really gain from hosting Miss Universe either and T&T wouldnt gain anything from hosting MW.

I doubt you were asking that! You know there is Google, right? Also, you can ask any of our Polish members here... But since you always discredit Miss World no matter
In 2006, more than 20,000 new jobs were created and an estimated £41m was added to the country's coffers as a result of Miss World taking place in Poland and Sanya in China, who hosted Miss World in 2010, saw international tourist figures rise by 42pc following the event. The City's foreign exchange revenues from tourism and increased international trade rose by 70pc, in what their mayor described as the "Miss World effect". Via the Telegraph

And yes, Trinidad and Tobago will benefit from hosting MW because MW actually promotes countries...

Miss Universe has still managed to gather more host countries this decade with five vs four for MW. And let’s not even get started with previous decades.
