I mean, not only her face is probably one of the best from MF winners ever, but her personality came through while some other winners seem bland sometimes.
She is unapologetically herself, she does what she wants, she's hilarious, she's strong headed, and so likeable. She is far from beauty pageant stereotypes and that's refreshing to me.
She even released a whole album during her reign, that's so cool! While some other queens are left hosting crappy TV shows and not taken seriously.
I will miss her very much!
In the end, she was not seen as much as the other queens. And now we know why, she was working on her music : couldn't she wait the end of her year????
Her advocacy on school bullies ??? I've heard about it ONCE during her year, it was a couple days ago, ONLY.
Being unapologetic is one thing, being direspectful is another, and she's been plain disrespectful a couple times unfortunately (still not over her "shut-up I'm talking" to her Tahitian fans).
She's one of my biggest disappointment as a Miss France. I was rooting for her like crazy and I feel like she let us down. But like she said, she's her own person, we do not owe her just because we spent money on voting for her
No I've got to say that I strongly hope she won't take the place of Miss France 2020's first runner-up for next year's international big 2, this would be unfair. It is well known now that for years, the 1st runner-up gets the "left-over" of the reigning Miss France. She had her opportunity and dismissed it for music (I'm pretty sure that's part of the reality of her refusal to go).
So yes, she's beautiful and bubbly, but she's not what I expected of her. But that is my own opinion, I do get that others liked her. But not at the cost of dismissing former Miss France. Releasing a music album instead of attending her duties as Miss France is not a sign of success in my opinion, it's rather an egoistic act.
I won't elaborate on her body, I am an ex overweighted person, you can even say obese, I feel I have no say in the matter. And she is an inspiration, it was nice to get a size 42 queen, but again, what has she done on this advocacy except being borderline rude to journalists hinting on this during interviews? She could have done so much more :'(
And I have to say that as a Miss France, she should have known she would be expected to "maintain" a figure. I'm pretty sure that's in her contract to be honest. I believe that she felt less pressured than the other former Miss France and maybe suffered the same fate than them : being invited to the restaurant everyday has its cost. And when you compete internationaly, you act on it.
