Anyways, can't wait for Sarah's reign to be over. To think I initially thought she would be among the best Miss USA's this decade (on par with Olivia Jordan) only to end up being just as terrible as her last two predecessors.
Her "personality" we all boasted at first turned out to be annoying and immature, she looked like a generic mess throughout the entire time in Bangkok. She only stoodout due to the controversies she was surrounded in yet she STILL managed to place.
I hope this year's Miss USA will finally be one worthy of praise and hype.
Truth to be told, Hannah was in my top 5 last year but she can be opaque when she's interviewed. I think MUO is looking for a spokesperson and the direction which mainstream media takes is more about notoriety and polarzing figures. I don't think it's MUO fault in scouting the right girl, they want to inspire young girls and women rather than general whole public and it makes sense that their queens are not much popular in the media world.firerprince wrote:Not a fan of the American reality dating show (whatever u call it) but look at Hannah Brown damnnnnnnn
After becoming the new Bachelorette..now she's on Ellen enjoying the pre-celebrity status that Sarah can only dream of ooops
I was expecting Hannah to be part of semis and surprised she wasn't.
What is so mind-boggling about MUO is their failure to assess their Miss USA and Miss Teen USA girls on who has it and who don't.
Sofie Rovenstine failed to enter Top 5 in Miss Teen USA? Back then I was like are they f*cking serious? and months later...BOOM! Victoria's Secret baby! That's like winning a thousand Miss Teen USA crown and now Hannah! she isn't a front-runner back then but a placement is definitely deserved.
If Miss USA will continue to be shitty then expect another underwhelming Miss USA gracing Miss Universe, which is to be honest..... TIRING.

Watch those poor girls not even get a hotel and instead sleep on the streets of Reno. This is just sad, each year IMG has owned Miss USA the pageant has been getting worse and worse; a smaller budget, a cheaper city, and less pageant activities. Why do they even own the MUO? I doubt Miss USA/Miss Teen USA are actually earning them THAT much money and they clearly don't care about them at all... At least Miss Universe hasn't been HORRIBLE.

I think this is because the pageant has evolved. The american audience does not look at the prepageant activities anymore. What they look at is the coronation night and i think each year, miss usa has improved its show quality

And then there Miss Universe Vietnam where our last edition lasted from November 2016 to January 2018

That is not what a smaller budget means. It means that IMG is cutting their funding to the MUO and Miss Universe will also suffer a smaller budget unless there are foreign sponsors.
