Brittinay Nicolette

Brittinay Nicolette is a Transplant Coordinator for the Living Legacy Foundation of Maryland, facilitating organ recoveries for the purpose of life saving organ transplants. She is an advocate for Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Awareness. After experiencing sexual assault and dating abuse first hand, she has made it her mission to spread awareness through sharing her story. Brittinay feels the best word to describe her is spirited. If crowned Miss USA 2018, she plans to spend her year advocating for Americans to save lives by registering to become Organ, Eye, and Tissue donors.
MASSACHUSETTS
Allissa Latham
Age: 26
Allissa is a 26-year-old who currently resides in Lowell, Massachusetts. In Lowell, Allissa works at Lowell General Hospital as an Integration Architect for Cerner Corporation, a Health Information Technology company. She is also actively pursuing her MBA with a concentration in Health Care from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts. In her spare time, she volunteers at local homeless shelters, crochets, and receives mentoring from the American College of Healthcare Executives mentorship program. Allissa looks forward to using the Miss USA platform to shine light on issues such as financial literacy, gaps in healthcare, and funding programs for at-risk youth.
MICHIGAN
Elizabeth Johnson
Age: 25
Elizabeth Johnson graduated from Michigan State University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Media Management. She is employed in the automotive industry at Shift Digital as a Digital Consultant for Mercedes-Benz and also worked on the 'Pure Michigan' campaigns and commercials, which had tremendous impact in tourism and business growth in Michigan. She is an expert in Krav Maga and has trained in it for past 7 years. Her current volunteer efforts are focused on mentoring young girls at a local women's organization called Vista Maria, as well as actively spending time at local area schools by actively working with the youth on helping them become the best version of themselves. If crowned Miss USA, not only would Elizabeth champion the #TimesUp initiative in bringing equality to men and women in the workplace, she would also like to spotlight the human sex trafficking epidemic within our country.
MINNESOTA
Kalie Wright
Age: 24
Born and raised on a horse ranch in southern Idaho, Kalie Wright and her two siblings grew up with the themes of responsibility and self-fulfillment at the forefront of their upbringing. With over ten years of vocal training, Wright was invited to tour with the Continental Singers as a musician, traveling to 37 states while fundraising for children's hospitals. Graduating as president of her class, Kalie earned a full academic and athletic scholarship to play volleyball and study business and marketing. She spent three years as a spokeswoman for two national charity organizations leading fundraising initiatives that raised over $50,000 for military dependents and veterans. Wright gained political business experience working as the executive assistant to the First Lady of Idaho and developed a passion for building and maintaining confidence in young female entrepreneurs. Wright is completing her degree at Minnesota State University Moorhead and is the owner of a wedding and events venue in Eagle Bend, Minnesota.
MISSISSIPPI
Laine Mansour
Age: 21
Laine Alden is a 21 year old from Tupelo, Mississippi. She is a student at The University of Mississippi where she is obtaining a degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications and plans to obtain her Law Degree to practice Family Law. Laine Alden is not new to pageantry as she has won the title of Most Beautiful at her high school and also Ole Miss Most Beautiful. She believes that true beauty is reflected from within, and this is a message she speaks of in her GEM platform, which stands for Going the Extra Mile. She is dedicated to helping young girls reach new heights in their confidence, health, and personal life goals. She hopes to further this platform as Miss USA and Miss Universe.
MISSOURI
Tori Kruse
Age: 26
Tori Kruse graduated from The University of Iowa with a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Entrepreneurial Management. After three years in outside sales, Tori ventured out and became a freelance sports reporter while also continuing to model full-time. Tori is signed with modeling agencies nationwide and her most recent accomplishments are walking in New York Fashion Week and being featured on E! News. She has also traveled to 48 U.S. states and 9 Canadian provinces in all in an RV with her family. Tori has arranged school supply drives for underprivileged children through KidSmart, raised money for young families in need with Nurses for Newborns, and has been the personal sports reporter for the Special Olympics. Tori most recently founded the program 1st ManUpª which provides awareness to help prevent sexual assault and harassment by speaking to young men.
MONTANA
Dani Walker
Age: 28
Dani Walker is the creator of, positivity-centered, YouTube channel 'Dani Walker', known for her original vlog series 'Road to Miss Montana USA', which was nominated for Best Social Media, Best Video Blogger, and Best Pageant content at the 2018 Global Beauty Awards. Her humorous weekly vlogs and content, range from beauty tips and communication lessons, to inspirational stories, chronicling the numerous obstacles she overcame, growing up in a low-income, high-crime neighborhood. Her most recent venture, as a social influencer and entrepreneur, is an online clothing boutique, providing thoughtfully selected interview wardrobe for women. As a devoted poverty advocate, working with over fifty non-profits since 2004, her ultimate goal is to establish a global brand that provides additional services and products, which will narrow the opportunity gap for people of all socio-economic classes, while enabling them to do more.
NEBRASKA
Sarah Rose Summers
Age: 23
Sarah Rose Summers graduated cum laude from Texas Christian University in four years with two degrees while working part-time as a pilates instructor and at Lululemon Athletica. Most recently, she completed her clinical rotations to become a Certified Child Life Specialist. In addition to child advocacy, Sarah Rose is passionate about encouraging others to have a healthy relationship with food and fitness. When not busy in scrubs, she can often be found in workout gear teaching pilates or taking a dance party cycling class. From her personal experience finding a balance, watching her mother lose 75 pounds, supporting multiple friends as they struggled with anorexia and orthorexia and learning about the eating disorder inpatient unit during her clinical rotations, she is passionate about working closely with NEDA this year and plans to continue doing so.
NEVADA
Carolina Urrea
Age: 23
Carolina Urrea is of Colombian, Mexican, and American heritage. She has a passion for travel and hiking, and she enjoys volunteering with the Las Vegas ICO (Inspiring Connections Outdoors), an outreach program that provides nature outings and wilderness experiences to underserved urban youth in the Las Vegas area. Carolina volunteers in an effort to help young people forge a meaningful bond with nature so that they will appreciate its beauty and understand the need for its protection. She is also an advocate of the Nevada partnership for Homeless Youth (NPHY). This organization is especially close to her heart because she experienced homelessness firsthand. Thanks to the help and generosity of others, Carolina was able to work toward a better life and today feels as though she is living proof that the American dream is possible to achieve, regardless of your socioeconomic status. She uses that message and her own personal experience to inspire others who are facing homelessness (especially children) that no matter what today looks like, tomorrow can be better and brighter. Carolina currently works as a model, having shot for national brands such as Forever 21, Nordstroms, Target, CVS, Sephora, Ulta Beauty, and Lanc™me among others. In her free time she enjoys raising her three rescue animals and reading motivational books. Carolina also aspires to someday work as an ambassador of a global organization.
NEW HAMPSHIRE
Michelle McEwan
Age: 25
Michelle McEwan's degree in hospitality management coupled with her love of traveling and exploring new cuisines, has taken her all over the world. She is proud to have been accepted into the Management in Training Program with the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts Thailand where she had a successful career for two years. Now, residing in the United States again, Michelle is currently a Realtor in New Hampshire's Seacoast area as well as southern Maine. Along with her career, Michelle is an advocate for cancer research and education, and a weekly volunteer at the Portsmouth Regional Hospital. Michelle enjoys skiing, figure skating, fitness, and baking.
