Her walk is great. In fact, it’s better than the Goddess Davina’s walk. let’s not forget that Davina’s walk in the prelim swimsuit sucked — it was all shoulders. But her beauty and personality is what caused her to make the cut. Also, Yendi’s walk is still the standard that has not been bettered in 7 years at Miss Universe. Yet she did not win Miss Universe.
Emily will be fine. Lu will straighten out her walk during rehearsals and Emily will be in the Top 5 at Miss Universe.
I agree. There was nothing special or memorable about Davina's swimsuit walk, during the prelims or during the final night. She did extremely well in the gown though during prelims. Her amazing dress is what carried her through the final night cause her walk was OK there too. We cant really judge Emily's walk from that little room, but she did well to me. Some of the previous Miss Universe winners have had sub par walks. So I'm not too worried about that. She's not super tall, but who cares? Look who won last year? The shortest.
The thing about Yendi, Kaci and Davina is that they had things about them that made them stand out from the competition. I don't know her prospects yet at Miss Universe, but based on what I see, she's the best of the crop in Jamaica right now.
