The winner deserved to win in a bigger pageant. This pageant tainted with politics and corruption is too god for her

I've been partying all night celebrating the victory. Now I'm reading the riot Filipinos have made in the Miss Intercontinental Facebook Page. I think most Pageant Owners and Organizers are starting to get really fed up with their antics.

I had other favourites who I thought would take the continental crown for Asia, but I still think Sri Lanka is a decent choice.
When asked "If there's one thing you could do to change the world, what would it be?" she replied by stating she would not change anything. Okay, so I get what she was trying to do and where she wanted to go with her answer, but her choice of words did not reflect this. She highlighted diversity and the beauty of people across the world, something which I agree with, but what about all the hate, discrimination, crime, corruption, war, climate change .... and she won't change anything? Come on. Saying you won't change anything in the world, is taking the easy way out. There's enough people suffering in this world for her to be able to change at least 1 thing, in order to make the world a better place. Maybe it's just me, but I would have given a different answer. Also, I don't think she answered the question. She was asked to name at least "one thing" she could do to change the world, not "would you change" something.
