MSO Production Producer: Gerhard Parzutka von Lipiński
MGIO Vice President: Teresa Chaivisut
Now at Miss USA 2018, MUO President Paula Shugart is now one of the members of selection committee/judges at the pageant.
In your opinion, do you think the pageant organizers should sit or not to sit as one of the judges at the pageant? What are the pros and cons about this idea?

Good idea. The Morleys in the judging panel as Miss World actually produced great results especially in the past............until national directors were added to the judging panel which personally I believe is a huge NO. Regardless of which country the ND came from (Indonesia, Philippines, etc), having them on the judge's table is a huge NO.
Another question, how about a REIGNING titleholder as part of the judging panel? I think Miss International does it. I'm quite in fence with this because it gives me a thinking that their national successors clapped just because of them. I don't know. I can be wrong.

i think Miss Supra is practicing that one, right? The reigning queen was also part of the judging panel.

No, I think the Miss Supra winner gets to judge on Mister Supranational the next day after she was crowned. I'm not so sure. But in Miss International, it was very evident. I don't want to think about it, maybe because it's becoming their 'protocol' not to let the reigning country place in the next pageant.

The outgoing Supra winner judges both pageants. I remembered Mutya being a judge in 2014, Asha in 2015, Stephania in 2016 (Miss & Mister), and Shrindi in 2017 (Miss & Mister).
